During and following the potluck lunch following the 10:30 am worship Service on Sunday, January 28, we will enter into a conversation of where we see the ministry of St. Marks Faith Family going in 2024 and beyond. (This is the meeting that was originally scheduled for October 2023.) It will be a time to dream together about the ways God wants to use us in our community. It will also be a time to develop the seeds of the Vision of our church for the future. Come and share in the dream of God for God’s World. For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD . “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. - Jeremiah 29:11 To prepare for this Visioning Day your are encouraged to download/print the Visioning Worksheet that can be found here. The purpose of this worksheet is to give every participant time to reflect prayerfully on our vision for the future. You are encouraged to use this tool in order to note all the aspects of visioning you see for our Parish Family. Once you have reflected and made your notes, we will be ready to gather on 28 January to collect and reflect on our overall ministries together. |
