St. Mark's Book Group will be meeting next at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 20, at the home of Alan & Ann Rumsey.
The group will be discussing the book Falling Upward: A Spirituality for the Two Halves of Life by the Franciscan friar, and ecumenical teacher, Father Richard Rohr.
The original version of this book was published in 2011. A revised and updated version of this book has recently been released. This revised edition includes many updates that make the content more relevant to today’s readers. Among these updates is a focus, in practical terms, on how we can live meaningful lives in a world of suffering and conflict.
It is this latest (November 2023) version that will be discussed by the Book Group.
