During our worship time on Sunday, October 1, we commemorated the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. The day honours the lost children and survivors of residential schools, their families and communities.
From August 27 – September 10 we collected new or gently used backpacks for our support of FACSFLA (Family and Children’s Services.).

During Sunday Worship, on December 18, as Rev. Sandra read the nativity story from Luke, Chapter 2, the men of the congregation took on the role of Joseph ("Oh Holy Night"), while the women took on the role of Mary ("Aah"), the choir took on the role of the Christ Child ("Love"), those members of Parish Council present took on the role of the angels ("Peace"), and members of clergy present took on the role of the shepherds ("Let us go!").
In spite of the snowy weather on Sunday, December 11, a hardy group gathered at St. Mark's church in the afternoon to sing Christmas and seasonal songs together, under the guidance of Sharon on the piano and organ. Funds were also raised for the Tower Repairs.
