The Kingston Pregnancy Care Centre (KPCC) offers support, education, respect and hope to anyone facing an unexpected pregnancy or pregnancy related difficulty. They are committed to unconditional acceptance of everyone they serve, regardless of their choices. All services offered are completely free and confidential.
KPCC is a non-profit agency that relies on the kindness and generosity of individuals, families, corporations and churches to support its programs and participants.
For many years St. Mark's has supported KPCC through their Annual Change for Life (Baby Bottle) Campaign from Mother’s Day to Father’s Day.
In 2020, and 2021, with the pandemic lockdowns, instead of distributing, filling, collecting and counting donations in Baby Bottles, we provided an opportunity for parishioners to donate through cheques made payable to St. Mark's Church, but clearly designated to the KPCC's Baby Bottle Campaign. All designated donations received prior to Father's Day, were then forwarded on by St. Mark's to KPCC.
Although we are no longer in lockdown, a similar process will be followed this year, from Mother’s Day on May 8 to Father’s Day on June 19.
So, if you would like to donate to the KPCC Annual Change for Life (Baby Bottle) Campaign through St. Mark's, please make your cheque payable to: St. Mark’s Church, designating KPCC Baby Bottle Campaign. The cheque can either be mailed to: 268 Main Street, Kingston ON K7K 6W4, or dropped into the KPCC Baby Bottle at the back of the church.
Donations to KPCC through St. Mark's can also be made online through the "DONATE" menu on the church's website. Please select "Mission and Outreach" in the "To:" drop-down menu, and enter "KPCC Baby Bottle Campaign" in the memo field.
As with all donations through St. Mark's, a tax receipt will be issued at year-end.
