In addition to financial support, Julia also notes that the organizations in Guatemala have advised that there is specific need for backpacks (even lightly used) for the children as well as deflated soccer balls (to make packing easier).
Julia's group will be taking down 3 sewing machines to Guatemala, so she could also make use of little bit of material should any of the sewing ladies have ends to donate.
Light school supplies (no paper) like glue sticks, art paint brushes, coloured pencils/markers would also be gratefully accepted.
